We work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible! Below are our shipping options with estimated delivery times:*

Loose stones are sent via USPS or UPS and take approximately 10 business days to arrive.
Custom designed rings are sent via USPS or UPS and take approximately 4-6 weeks to arrive.
If you require a custom designed ring to arrive in approximately 10-14 business days, please contact me first so that I can expedite the manufacturing process.
Important Details
- Shipping transit times are estimates based on Monday–Friday delivery and do not include weekends or holidays.
Please note that shipping times are not guaranteed but we’ll do everything we can to get your order to you quickly!
We do not provide return labels for returns on loose diamonds. However, we will credit you the return shipping costs on a future order. All items must be returned in new condition with all certificates. A 20% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.
