Loose stones are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 10 business days.
Custom-designed rings are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 4–6 weeks.
If you require a custom-designed ring to arrive sooner (around 10–14 business days), please contact us prior to ordering so we can help expedite the manufacturing process.
•International Shipping•
We proudly ship internationally! International orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail International or Priority Mail Express International, depending on your selection at checkout.
Delivery times vary by destination but generally range from 10–15 business days for Priority Mail and 5–8 business days for Express Mail.
Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Shipping transit times are estimates based on Monday–Friday delivery and do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping times are not guaranteed, but we’ll always do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible!
We do not provide return labels for returns on loose diamonds. However, we will credit the return shipping cost toward a future order.
Please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending any items back. All returned items must be in new condition with all certificates included. A 20% restocking fee may apply.
