30-Day Return Policy on all Loose Stones
We want you to love your jewelry! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of shipment to return your stone hassle-free. Simply contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide your own shipping label.
Returns must be in new condition with all certificates included to qualify for a refund.

Please note: All rings are made to order and carefully designed and approved by you before production. Because of this personalized process, all ring and custom jewelry sales are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

Can I Send My Newly Purchased Item Back for a Refund?
Shopping with confidence has never been easier! For all loose stone purchases, we offer simple and stress-free returns within 30 days of shipment.
Please note: All rings are made to order and carefully designed and approved by you before production. Because of this personalized process, all ring sales are final.
All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), so please contact us first before sending your item back.
How Long Will It Take Before I Receive My Refund?
Once we receive your return package, please allow 2-4 business days for our returns department to process your refund. After processing, your bank will typically take 3-5 business days to reflect the refund.
Are Return Labels Provided for Refunds?
We do not provide return labels for refunds. However, we will cover shipping costs for an exchange order. Items may be subject to a 10% restocking fee and may be deducted from your refund.
What’s the Most Economical Way to Send Back My Package?
U.S. Customers, we recommend USPS Ground Advantage.
You do not need to send us the return tracking number, but we recommend keeping your receipt until you receive an exchange or refund confirmation email.
