Refund policy
21-Day Return Window
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your loose stone, you may request a return within 21 days of receiving your delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• You must contact us and request a return within 21 days of receiving your order.
• The returned item must be received by Altura Diamonds within the same 21 day period.
• The stone must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and in its original condition.
• All original grading certificates must be included.
• Returns received after the 21 day return window cannot be accepted.
Free Return Allowance
Each customer is eligible for one complimentary loose stone return within any rolling 60 day period.
Additional Returns
If more than one loose stone return is requested within the same 60 day period, a $50 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for each additional returned loose stone.
Return Authorization & Shipping
Please contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending anything back.
For approved returns, Altura Diamonds will provide a complimentary prepaid return shipping label to help make the return process as simple as possible.
To ensure your return is properly insured and trackable, please use the return label provided by Altura Diamonds and follow the instructions included with your return authorization.
Returned items must be received within the applicable return window.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, customers may choose either a refund to their original form of payment or store credit.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days following inspection, although financial institutions may require additional time to post funds to an account.
Rings & Custom-Made Jewelry
All rings created through our Ring Builder or custom design process are handcrafted specifically for you based on your selected diamond, setting, metal, ring size, and other design preferences. Because each piece is made to order and approved prior to production, all ring and custom jewelry sales are final and are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once production has begun.
Before placing your order, we encourage you to carefully review your ring size, diamond selection, metal choice, and design details to ensure everything is exactly as you envision.
