Please note, not all claims will be considered manufacturing defects. Some common issues that are not covered under the warranty include, but are not limited to:
Discoloration or fading caused by exposure to swimming pools, hot tubs, bathing, or harsh chemicals
Damage due to bending, accidental impacts, or normal wear
Stones falling out due to chipping, bent prongs, or misshapen settings resulting from regular use
Our warranty does not cover lost or stolen items.
Keep in mind that any maintenance, resizing, or repairs done by someone other than Altura Diamonds will void the warranty.
